Our Traditional Italian Sausage is made with free-range Berkshire pork from local Victorian farms and a blend of classic Italian ingredients, including fennel, pepper, paprika, and garlic. This delicious sausage will bring an authentic flavor to any dish.

500g: 2-4 People

Freerange, Berkshire, Pork, Made in House

This product is freshly made and is optimal when consumed within 7 days. Please consult the packaging for details on the "use by" date.

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a little oil to the pan.
Place the thin sausages in the hot skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes or in a bun as a sandwich.
