Ingredients:
2 racks of pork baby back ribs
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
For the BBQ Sauce:
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Mix the dry rub ingredients and coat the ribs evenly. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Cook Ribs:
Oven Method: Wrap ribs in foil and bake at 275°F (135°C) for 2.5-3 hours.
Grill Method: Grill on low, turning occasionally, for 2.5-3 hours.
Make BBQ Sauce: In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Finish Ribs: Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and grill for 10-15 minutes, or until caramelized. Rest, then serve with extra sauc
