Grill or pan-fry for 4-5 mins each side.

2 lamb burger patties
2 burger buns (preferably whole wheat or ciabatta)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
4 slices of tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 tablespoons tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Kalamata olives (optional, for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, finely grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well, and refrigerate until needed.
Prepare the Ingredients:

Slice the red onion thinly.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
Crumble the feta cheese.
If you're using Kalamata olives, pit them and slice them thinly.
Heat the Grill or Pan:

Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season and Cook the Patties:

Season the lamb patties on both sides with salt and black pepper.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the grill or pan and swirl it around.
Place the lamb patties on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer for your desired level of doneness.
Toast the Buns:

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until they're golden brown.
Assemble the Mediterranean Lamb Burgers:

Spread a generous tablespoon of tzatziki sauce on the bottom bun.
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of tomato.
Put the cooked lamb patty on top.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the patty.
Add a few slices of red onion and Kalamata olives if using.
Spread another tablespoon of tzatziki sauce on the top bun and place it on top of the burger.
