Ingredients:
Lamb cutlets (as many as you need)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Garlic cloves, minced (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Grill or Pan:
If you have a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If you don't have a grill, you can use a grill pan or a regular frying pan.
Prepare the Lamb Cutlets:
Brush both sides of the lamb cutlets with olive oil.
Season both sides with salt and pepper. You can also add minced garlic and fresh rosemary for extra flavor if you like.
Grilling the Lamb Cutlets:
Place the lamb cutlets on the preheated grill or pan.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness. Lamb cutlets are best when they are slightly pink in the center.
Rest the Lamb Cutlets:
Remove the lamb cutlets from the grill or pan and let them rest for a few minutes on a plate. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the meat tender.
Serve:
Arrange the lamb cutlets on a serving platter.
You can garnish with additional fresh rosemary sprigs or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Lamb cutlets are great served with various sides such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
