Our Scotch Roast is a delectable and tender experience. Made from freerange Victorian local Berkshire pork, it has a higher fat content than other pork shoulder roasts, resulting in a juicy and flavorful dish. Enjoy the taste of this exquisite cut of meat, perfect for any occasion!

500g: 2-3 People

Free-range, Berkshire, Victorian, Pork

This product is freshly made and is optimal when consumed within 7 days. Please consult the packaging for details on the "use by" date.

Slow cook in the preheated oven for about 4-5 hours


3-4 pound pork scotch roast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a paste. Rub it all over the pork.

Place the seasoned pork in a roasting pan with the broth.

Cover the roasting pan tightly with foil.

Slow cook in the preheated oven for about 4-5 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.

Remove from the oven, shred the pork, and serve with the cooking juices as a flavorful sauce.
