This product is freshly made and is optimal when consumed within 7 days. Please consult the packaging for details on the "use by" date.

Roast for 20-25 minutes per pound until it reaches 63°C

Instructions:
Prepare the Pork Loin:

Place the pork loin on a clean work surface. If your pork loin has a layer of fat, you can score it lightly with a sharp knife. Scoring will help the fat render and the seasonings penetrate the meat better. Season the pork loin generously with salt and black pepper.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roast the Porchetta:

Place the tied pork loin on a roasting rack set inside a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
Rest and Serve:

Once the porchetta roast reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
Slice and Enjoy:

After resting, remove the kitchen twine and slice the porchetta roast into thin pieces. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a simple salad.
