This product is freshly made and is optimal when consumed within 7 days. Please consult the packaging for details on the "use by" date.

Pan or BBQ grill


1 Burger
4 burger buns
4 slices of your favorite cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
1 onion (sliced)
4 leaves of lettuce
4 slices of tomato
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, etc.)

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. You can also use a stovetop grill pan if you prefer.

Form the Patties: Divide the ground Wagyu beef into four equal portions. Gently shape each portion into a patty, being careful not to overwork the meat. Make them slightly larger in diameter than your burger buns since they will shrink as they cook.

Season the Patties: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each patty. You can also add other seasonings or herbs if you prefer.

Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the preheated grill. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare burgers. Adjust the cooking time based on your desired level of doneness. If you're using cheese, add
