Pork Shoulder Roast - Boned & Rolled

Pork Shoulder Roast - Boned & Rolled

A boned and rolled pork shoulder roast of Otway free-range pork from Victoria. Shoulder has more intramuscular fat than leaner roasting cuts, which keeps it juicy and full of flavour through a long cook.

Rolled and tied in-store at G. McBean Family Butcher, Prahran Market, it roasts evenly and slices neatly. Roast it for crackling, or cook low and slow until tender enough to pull — a generous, forgiving cut for long lunches and family dinners.
