Pork Scotch Roast - Otway Free Range

Pork Scotch Roast - Otway Free Range

Our Otway free-range pork scotch roast is cut from the neck end of the loin, where fine marbling helps keep the meat tender and juicy.

Richer than loin with a refined texture, it suits roasting, slow cooking or the barbecue.

Prepared in-store at G. McBean Family Butcher, Prahran Market, it is a versatile choice for family dinners and entertaining.
