Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
2. Season the Ribs: Season your beef ribs with your choice of dry rub or marinade. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
3. Roast in the Oven: Place the foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan. Roast for about 2.5 to 3 hours for tender ribs. If you prefer fall-off-the-bone tenderness, you can roast them for an additional 30-60 minutes.
4. Check for Doneness: To check for doneness, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the ribs should reach at least 190-205°F (88-96°C).
5. Rest and Serve: After roasting, let the ribs rest, still wrapped in foil, for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
