Spiced Maple & Orange Glazed Ham

Preheat oven to 180 °C (fan 160 °C).

Using a sharp knife, remove the rind, leaving a thin layer of fat. Score in a diamond pattern.

Combine ½ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup orange juice, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp ground cloves, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Brush glaze generously over the ham and place in a roasting pan with 1 cm of water to keep it moist.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes until the surface is golden and caramelised.

Rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serve warm with roasted vegetables, buttery mash, or cold the next day in sandwiches and salads — a festive favourite made effortless.
